Drag a deck PDF, or a Keynote structure dump, hereA PDF is rendered page by page and measured — but a PDF has no objects, so no fix list can be written for it.
A structure dump (dump_deck.applescript) carries the real slides and objects, so every criticism can name what to change and Design Boss can write the AppleScript that changes it.
Drop house_format.txt too and it grades against your own template. Slide PNGs are shown if you drop them. Nothing is uploaded.
Waiting for something to judge.
What this is, honestly. In PDF mode the previews are wireframe renders built from the
PDF's own instructions — text runs, filled blocks and embedded JPEGs at the positions the file
sets — so you can see the composition being judged. They are not pixel proofs, and a PDF has no
object identity, so no fix list is possible. In structure mode the deck itself has been
read: slides, masters, and every object's position, size, font and colour — so each criticism
names its object, and the fix list becomes a real AppleScript that backs up your deck, previews
every change, and only then applies. To have the slides properly looked at, export slide
images and drop the deck into a Claude chat — this measures, it does not see.
